Job Description


. To lead and manage the end to end supply and demand of VN EPD in an efficient way by monthly build the demand and supply request/plan for a period of coming 28 months which maintain good shape of DOH.
. To coordinate and communicate with cross functions team both local and regional (Ops, RA, QA, Commercial, Finance, Market Assess, sourcing plant) in term of product availability or discontinuity.
. To analyses the inventory projection and lead/work with cross function for maintaining the healthy inventory.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

. Be the senior manager within the supply & demand team, provide guidance, training and coaching to team.
. Lead monthly Demand & Supply meeting with Marketing, Sale & Ops, provide guidance to team to maintain the forecast accuracy level.
. Monthly build demand and supply request and submit forecast which ensure the replenishment aligned with production plan and maintain DOH meet targeted DOH.
. Lead/Work with cross functions team (Ops, RA, QA) to factor the update/change of product availability to the ADS.
. Lead/Work with manufacturer for product supply with excellent communication. Keep tracking supply schedules for imported products, verifies shipping documentation for imported products customers clearances.
. Do analyses the inventory projection and provide suggestion/ follow up with cross function for mitigation action.
. Facilitate Class A implementation and lead/monitor/review and revise Demand and Supply Processes, policies, forecasting tools.
. Monitor supply/demand operational performance versus goals and manages variances appropriately e.g customer service, forecast accuracy, back orders/ sales loss, escalation and report submission to regional.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Manage demand forecast with commercial team (with analysis, challenge and guidance).
. Manage supply meet demand change (with right level of DOH).
. Manage the DOH and manage inventory aging with low near expiry stock.MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Work Experience:

. Minimum 4 years experiences:
o Related to manufacturing process.
o Related to distribution.
o Related to Logistics, Demand Planning experience.
o Experience in Health Care industry or pharmaceutical distributor/ importer is a plus.

. Bachelor's degree in any major.
