Manage the resolution of application and system issues related to APP that are raised from business units
Follow up with IT team and vendor regarding RCA for any system incident related to APP
Act as the point of contact for any issues that may arise Being single point of contact to receive and analyze production issues related to APP/Analyze and process required actions to make sure that incident could be resolved in timely manner as per definition on Service Level Agreement/Analyze, find root cause and resolution to ensure that problem is resolved permanently./Join the IT Project base on assignment from Line Manager/Evaluate periodically current systems structure & propose suitable solution to enhance stability of system. / Document, review and enhance on regular basis the technical document, support procedure, process to ensure that they are up-to-date and meet the auditors requirements.
Provide monthly report to direct manager/ Conduct Monthly report to Line Manager
Other assigned tasks from Line Manager or Higher Manager.
Job Requirement
University degree, diploma preferably in IT or technical areas
Graduate from University of Science and Technology or Natural Sciences / Bach Khoa University or University of Science is a plus
Have 5+ years of experiences in application support or application operation or application developer or application administration, preferably in banking or financial businesses
Experience in vTiger system is a plus
Strong troubleshooting issue skill in complex IT environment
