  • Build a plan, organize Implement programs h promoting sales, sales plans, life insurance product policies in the Management Area
  • Responsible for the overall business results of the Life Insurance product segment in the Area management field
  • Manage and supervise the business development of Life Insurance products at business units
  • Consult and support Business Units in the process of selling, solving and resolving arising problems and problems as assigned by the Board of Directors/Managers
Job Requirement

  • Graduated from university or higher, majoring Finance, Banking, Insurance or related
  • Having 03 years of experience in business development - in charge of sales of Life Insurance products at banks/Insurance companies Other life.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in building and developing business programs and business development. number
  • Active creativity in development methods, connecting partners
  • Ability to work in groups and independently, withstand work pressure
  • Ability to solve problems quickly, high sense of responsibility, eager to learn, agile, dynamic at work
  • Good communication, persuasive skills, good presentation
