Get to know the role (Scope of work)We're looking for a team member who includes but is not limited to building a successful Go-to-Market plan, monitoring its effectiveness and efficiency by reaching out to relevant stakeholders & communication (comms) performance. You will be reporting to the Partner Social Community & Communication Manager.
Responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of community & communication campaigns including concept ideation, media and go-to-market execution.
Work with comms performance & relevant stakeholders to drive insight into how our driver & merchant partner are responding to our communications and translate these insights into innovative campaigns or even optimize in between campaign
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Translating Comms strategy into execution planning and localization Go-To-Martket plan.
Organize cross-functional projects & support internal comms teams to drive impactful corporate stories
Track & monitor Comms outcomes (both official & social)
Monitor campaign performance and react fast with campaign optimization.
Skill-sets:
Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, community and/or communications
Strong project management, organized and attention to detail
Experience working in a nationwide team in a fast-growth company
Proficient in Ms. Office and G-Suite and other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking
Good in written and spoken English
Results-oriented and data-driven, especially have strong analytical skills
Prefered a Natural problem-solver who can contribute consumer and channel insights from campaign and competitor analysis to support decision making.
