Job Description
Sale Contest for Agency Sale Channel:
  • Perform SRH activities allowance calculation.
  • Work with SRH and HoD to clarify the requirements, review the cost, risk, capability for new sales contests.
  • Work with line manager and team members for new sales contests.
  • Confirm the budget using after costing
  • Get approval for launching new contests.
  • Prepare memorandums and launch out.
  • Run and double-check tracking result reports for sale contests weekly and monthly.
  • Do the assessment for all the contests.
  • Record the final result of sales contests to make sure they are ready for auditing purpose and for making further analysis.

Data Processing (manipulate 9 primary access databases, with 10+ year storage, records from 100K to 20+ million each database).
  • Keep track of calculation/coding methods of all sales metrics of Agency Sales Channel.
