About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled senior frontend engineer (Angular - bonus: Flutter) to join our small but mighty team. You will be responsible for developing our employer-facing web app and work alongside our existing engineering team and our founders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our web application, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
• Create user-friendly, efficient, and visually appealing front-end interfaces
• Implement best practices for code quality, security, and scalability
• Continuously monitor and improve application performance and usability
• Help foster a culture of technical excellence and collaborate with the team to improve software design

Requirements

• Strong background in frontend development, ideally in a startup
• Deep customer empathy and passion for solving gnarly problems with tech
• Strong proficiency in Angular (bonus: Flutter)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
