WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Design, develop, and implement SharePoint Online/Azure solutions to meet business requirements.
• Customize SharePoint sites, including creating custom apps, workflows, and forms.
• Integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications, such as CRM or ERP systems.
• Real-time experience in building workflow and collaboration solutions with tools such as Flow, Power Automate, PowerApps (Canvas/Model-driven App), Logic Apps, and other tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning as needed.
• Stay current with SharePoint Online and Azure tools and technologies, and evaluate new tools and technologies for potential adoption.
• Using PnP or any Open-Source Components as required.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

If you can do everything listed above, you've got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SharePoint Online development using the Azure platform and tools, with examples of work product available for review
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, including site collection customization, list customization, page design and security and ability to demonstrate this knowledge as part of the interview process
• Good working experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) using React/Typescript.
• Experience in JavaScript, HTML5, JSON, CSOM, REST APIs, SQL, XML.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle concepts
• Experience supporting US clients/working with US Teams is a huge plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to mentor junior members of the team
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certifications are preferred but not required
