We're seeking an experienced
Senior SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust Microsoft 365 solutions. You'll be a core member of our digital transformation team - designing SPFx components, integrating with Azure services, and enabling meaningful collaboration across the organization.
What You'll Be Doing
- Configure SharePoint site templates - lists, libraries, pages, and web parts tailored to business needs
- Develop custom web parts and extensions using SPFx, ReactJS, and TypeScript to meet requirements
- Design and apply new site functionality and integration components to existing SharePoint environments
- Build scalable backend services and automations using Azure Functions, integrated via REST APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, intuitive digital solutions
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and deliver training sessions to enable the team
Requirements
Must-have
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing business applications using SharePoint Framework, focused on SharePoint/M365 backend integrations
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online development - SPFx, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API
- Proficiency in modern programming languages - .NET (C#), JavaScript, and TypeScript with relevant libraries and frameworks
- Relational database knowledge - SQL Server experience, including data modeling, querying, and optimization
- Application security principles - OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID, data access control, and secure coding practices
- Agile/Scrum experience with cross-functional collaboration across product and engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Nice-to-have
- Experience with PoolParty taxonomy management and AvePoint Cloud Governance
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration experience with Power Platform and SharePoint
- Experience integrating with Microsoft Teams
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well as other Microsoft 365 applications
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipeline management
- Experience mentoring and up-skilling team members
