Job Description



Objectives:
  • Proactively find sales opportunities by exploring the project market (major project, civil constructions, hotel, office building, apartments,
  • Work and update with Sales Manager in weekly base for designated geographic areas for quotation, tender process, deal closing
  • Maintain relationship with existing customer base, existing stakeholders and explore opportunities for new projects
  • Be in charge of complete tender process, tender documents, negotiation until awarding, contract signing and of follow-up after the deal is conclude
  • Cooperate with internal partners to prepare tender documents and optimize the solution for customers
  • Follow with contract reviews and comply to Company's policies
  • Make necessary data input into CRM/SAP,on profit & lost, and produce reports as assigned,
  • Updates on competitors and market information

Responsibilities:
  • Develop networking in sales to expand market coverage to all market sector and customers.
  • Frequent meeting with client to bring new projects and network
  • Work for prompt actions to response to customer inquiries with high quality of service offer.

  • Achieve Sales target with high profits
  • Meeting with customer (if needed) to support operation for technical solutions, variations to bring down cost and maximize profit
  • Meeting with customer (if needed) to support money collection
  • Be in charge of full tender process and tender documents
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or commercialMBA (preferred)

  • 3-5 years experiences in Sales and/or technical project sales, preferin the E&E industry or M&E related industry

  • Have good relationship with Contractors, Sub-contractors, Architec designers, etc
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Chinese or Korean ability is an advantage
