Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage software development projects focused on Python and Django.

- Lead project planning sessions and coordinate staff to ensure all project tasks are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

- Develop comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.

- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.

- Work closely with the development team to identify and implement process improvements.

- Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans.

- Ensure all projects are delivered with the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development, with a strong focus on Python and Django.

- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

- Proficient in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated experience in professional project documentation and structuring.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Immediate availability is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies.

- Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
