Job Requirements:
1. Language Proficiency:
- Professional Working Proficiency in French (B2+ level or equivalent).
- Additionally, Fluent/Native proficient in Vietnamese.
2. Educational Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
3. Professional Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product development, project delivery, or software project management.
4. Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication, motivational, and collaboration skills.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional multitasking skills.
Nice to Have:
- Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience working with software/web development teams.
- Preferred: Native-level proficiency in French communication.
- Preferred: Relevant certifications (PMP, Management, Agile, etc.).
- Preferred: Experience with Jira and Atlassian tools.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Experience implementing practices such as Total Product Maintenance (TPM), Scrum, technical Product Management Systems (PMS), and Agile systems.
- Phenomenal teammate with a forward-thinking mindset, possessing the ability and confidence to challenge the status quo.
