Job Description

Ensure project execution in accordance with the respective internal quality standards, and project fulfillment of the contractual obligations with clients

  • Develop project charter & project management plan using various project management tools. Projects could be both in Vietnam or other countries in South East Asia region
  • Be overall responsible for costs, quality, safety and schedule within the scope of the project
  • Manage and control schedule and resources
  • Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
  • Lead and manage the project and the project team as well as closely coordinate
  • with engineering and procurement team during project execution
  • Manage integrated change control and claim management
  • Support team during bidding phase
  • Liaise with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the performance of the company's project delivery services and to ensure that they are properly managing their part of the contract.

  • From 5 years of same position for multinational companies
  • Experience with cement plant or heavy industry project
  • A thorough understanding of the project delivery process including engineering, procurement and construction
  • An understanding of the risks associated with project delivery
  • Problem solving skill, people management skill.
  • Able to effectively train people
  • Good at writing specific proposals and reports.
  • Able to lead effectively the engineering management meeting in English
