Job Description:

  • Lead the development of ads budget strategies to drive advertiser growth and ads budget improvement, working closely with Shopee's ads traffic and ads platform resources to ensure maximum impact
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business trends and ads opportunities
  • Design high quality, and clear ads solutions to improve ads budget as well as sellers business, including but not limited to ads products and tools, ads creative optimization, etc.
  • Closely with local, Marketing and other teams to launch ads solutions, drive adoption, monitor performance and continuous optimisation to grow business
  • Communicate, influence, and work cross-functionally with Data Scientists, Engineering and Business teams

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience is preferred
  • Possess strong analytical reasoning with logical and critical thinking capabilities to problem-solve based on data
  • Able to deliver competitor analysis reports and establish understanding of markets and user requirements
  • Independent problem solver with strong sense of ownership and customer focus to drive product design and launch and iteration
  • Strong product or technical product management background, with understanding of ad business or machine learning algorithms is a plus
  • Experience in SQL is a good-to-have
