Job Description:

  • Collaborate with a wide range of media partners including demand-side platforms (DSPs) (programmatic), ad networks, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), direct publishers, etc.
  • Manage partner relationships, and act as a daily point of contact to onboard, manage and resolve partner queries and issues. This could include campaign performance & optimisation, technical integrations and billings
  • Work with internal teams including Planning, Adtech, Creative and Finance teams to ensure deliverables of campaigns and efficiency of processes
  • Drive market analysis to explore new partnership opportunities to achieve constant growth
  • Have complete ownership of the measurement, creative, and data approach to drive efficient campaign strategies through partners
  • Proactively discuss and lead campaign performance decisions within the team and partners to drive cost efficiency
  • Manage and deliver high-quality reporting and data tracking for internal/external sharing
  • Assist stakeholders with strategic decisions, based on observations of recent market/industry trends


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business analytics, or other quantitative majors is preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing / performance marketing
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in written and spoken English
  • Interest in stakeholder management, numbers-driven and analytical work
  • Digital marketing experience in planning/buying is an advantage
