  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define operational goals and objectives aligned with overall business strategies and customer expectations.
  • Govern & control operational strategies & initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs while maintaining ops service standards.
  • Monitor overall Ops health to maintain good operational performance & make recommendations for improvement.
  • Assess the drivers of key operational impact across different operations departments for long-term resource planning.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports with compelling visual and effective presentations for executive leadership locally & regionally.
  • Identify new opportunities for ops growth by developing intelligence on the competitors marketplace and capabilities.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in e-commerce operations to drive innovation and competitive advantage.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analytics, or related fields, preferably in e-commerce or technology.
  • Excellent structured problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and modeling.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
  • Passionate about e-commerce and excited to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
