The Role Responsibilities
Strategy

  • Awareness and understanding of the Group&rsquos business strategy and model appropriate to the role.

  • Understanding reporting requirement and the group reporting policy and procedure.

  • Proactively in exploring the Country Data Lake for producing required reports.

  • Proactively participate in all assigned projects


Business

  • Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates


Processes

  • Clear understanding on SQL to be able to explore the data in CDL and other database for reporting and reconciliation purpose

  • Understanding the data and be able to reconcile data from different TP source with PSGL

  • Extract data from Country Data Lake (CDL) as per requirements of Operations projects

  • Extract data from CDL as per requirements from Operations team, collaborate with Operations team towards automation and efficiency delivery.

  • Support CSCU projects, such as e-Invoice project, SBRS v.5 upgrade projects, including consulting, analyzing data where required.

  • Be able to work with Project team and vendor in term of technical issues and business issues

  • Perform manual reconciliation with maker-checker process for assigned accounts which are not migrated to GRU

  • Willing to perform any additional tasks assigned by managers from time to time as and when appropriate.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.


Key Stakeholders

  • Other operations, other business and product teams

  • Finance Manager/ Officer and finance team on reconciliation process.

  • IT Manager/ Officers on systems & other technical matters


Other Responsibilities
BCP:

  • Take part in departmental BCP/DRP testing whenever required.


Money Laundering Prevention

  • Fully understand and comply with money laundering prevention requirements.

  • Undertake training on MLP at least once every 24 months

  • Ensure money laundering prevention reporting procedure is followed.

  • Follow money laundering prevention reporting procedures and report to business MLPO (CR) should there be any money laundering related issues.

  • Undertake training on MLP at least once every 24 months
