. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
. Basic knowledge of real estate and business practices.

Qualifications and Education:
. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university.
. Minimum of 2-3 year prior sales experience.
