1. Responsibilities

Role Overview:

As a Senior/Middle Fundraising and Corporate Development Associate at MindX, you will be at the intersection of raising capital from strategic stakeholders and optimizing our internal system to enhance overall business performance. Your responsibilities will include prepare materials and support due diligence process with strategic investors, optimize business performance, lead corporate iniatives to support company sustainable growth, and actively engaging in daily operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic fundraising rounds:
  • Prepare key materials (financial models, investment memo, business reports, market research) to present investment opportunities with strategic investors.
  • Support Due Diligence process and collaborate with internal departments to maximize success of fundraising rounds.
  • Develop relationships with potential investors and existing business partners.
  • Generate revenue through strategic M&A activities:
  • Identify potential M&A target list that have strong synergy values with company growth plan.
  • Build the procedure (framework, question list, modeling) to evaluate M&A targets.
  • Review and collaborate with internal managers (legal, financial, sales, R&D, Tech,...) to analyze key materials from M&A target (commercial, financials, legal).
  • Prepare definitive agreements with M&A targets & prepare merge plan for operation (assets, personnel, system) after M&A.
  • Completed the strategic expansion and launched new business line successfully to meet exptected business results.

  • Optimize business performance:
  • Develop measurement and reporting system to manage daily operation of business locations or business lines.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with stakeholders from different departments to review performance of business location or business lines and propose improvements solutions.
  • Follow up execution process and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve expected results for the project.

  • Daily Operations Management:
  • Collaborate with the back-office management team (Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR) to oversee daily business operations.
  • Resolve issues that arise during business operations and streamline processes for greater efficiency.

2. Requirements

  • Previous experience in Project Manager or Assistant for C-level, Consulting/advisory firms, or medium-sized companies (annual revenue approximately USD 1-10M, staff size around 80-200 employees).
  • A background in business, sales, project management, strategy, including key business project with significant business results.
  • Regular interaction with business elements and investment to develop a business operations mindset and problem-solving flexibility.
