Senior Marketing Communications Executive

Job Description



1. Responsibilities:

  • Act as brand guardian and ensure The Company logo and branding and campaign assets are deployed to all touchpoints correctly and consistently tradeshows/events, marketing collaterals, POSM, web materials, social media contents etc.
  • Ensure appointed partners and 3rd parties adhere to The Company guidelines when utilizing The Company's branding assets, including logo.
  • Manage online and offline communications and increase brand awareness of The Company brand in Vietnam market, including development of media plan.
  • Manage The Company Vietnam's social media channel/s and campaigns and ensure effective use of social media to promote overall brand and improve campaign efficacy.
  • Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing performance, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Google AdWords.
  • Work with dedicated agencies to develop creative content pieces and sales materials to support sales and marketing activities.
  • Build relationship with media group and disseminate corporate/product releases to increase PR coverage.
  • Organize and manage events, tradeshows, exhibitions and trainings.
  • Generate monthly report of all activities. Share insights, observations and improvement points.
  • Promote The Company branding and presence in Vietnam market. This position supports to fulfill demand of Sale kit/Materials and expand The Company branding and products to channels and end users through marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with partners to monitor The Company asset adaptation to their stores.

  • Ensure the activities comply with local regulatory & The Company's marketing compliance policy

  • PR: Product review & Blog article development
  • Social media: Content direction development, Media performance monitor, Community response
  • Digital marketing: Boost strategic contents on targeted media with optimized budget
  • eDM
  • Other digital touchpoint management

3. Key Job Requirements
A. Hard skills:

- Good command on written & spoken English.
- Sound understanding of Vietnamese media landscape (online/offline)

. Critical Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar position. Previous experience at PR/ Digital/ Communications agency is a plus.

college/university
