Continuously optimise a robust social media strategy to build on Lazada's positive brand affinity
. Conversant with the latest trends and best practices of social media to become the best-in-class social media marketer
. Drive ideation and research to develop an aligned content and media strategy to achieve overall targets in the awareness and consideration phases
. Conversant with social media analytic tools to develop and implement a competitive monitoring plan, including gathering of insights for monitoring and optimisation of overall social performance for all countries
. Conduct detailed analysis of social performance and make actionable recommendations for both short-term and long-term perspectives
. Be a beacon of social content inspiration for all countries

Support key partner campaigns and brand campaigns
. Coordinate with both agencies and internal stakeholders including but not limited to Branding, Creative, Communications, Analytics and Commercial teams to produce robust end-to-end social activations and campaigns
. Ensure best-in-class project management practices are employed to delivery high quality work within strategy, budget and deadlines
. Conduct detailed and meaningful post campaign analysis and iterate by providing recommendations for strategy, content and media

Job Requirements

. At least eight (8) years of experience in overall Social Media Management with two (2) years of experience in creative Content Development/Video Production. Has a creative eye to be able to discern what is on/off brand
. Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
. Have strong conceptual and storytelling skills to bring to life our Add to Cart. Add to Life. narrative in all social strategies and execution
. Possess a customer centric mindset to bring customer relevancy in all social strategies and execution
. Have an agile mentality to continually optimize Lazada's social space with meaningful experimentation and analysis
. Owns the initiative to learn and the yearning to deliver beyond what is expected
. A nimble, self-directed, detail-oriented, results-focused and collaborative team player who can quickly shuffle priorities to meet the demands of the job and be comfortable in an exciting, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
. Possess the big idea mentality to drive connections and business growth while never losing focus on consistent execution and details
. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and brands across various verticals simultaneously
. Experience working with regional teams and team management experience will be a bonus
