As our OTD partner, you will work closely with key stakeholders in designing, developing, and implementing division-wide initiatives aligned with our strategic objectives and talent management strategy. These will include a range of projects in areas such as leadership development, performance management, change management, culture building, and people development initiatives. The role works with all levels throughout the Lazada Vietnam platform organization and key customers include Head of Divisions (HODs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Organizational Culture (OC), and Group OTD focusing on critical functional areas of our business to build a best in class talent pipeline

You are a self-starter who is highly passionate about building the talent pipeline for the organization. The ability to be agile and thrive in a work environment that is constantly evolving is a must!

The ideal OTD partner is an effective team collaborator and is committed to providing exceptional customer service every day.

1. Act as a strategic partner for Lazada Vietnam (Platform) to build up talent development & engagement agenda
2. Collaborate with HODs & HRBPs for annual performance management, talent review, and succession planning process
3. Be responsible for annual training agenda including assessing, designing, managing execution of programs, and extending to training delivery when needed
4. Be responsible for employee engagement strategy (eNPS) including launching the survey, results analysis, focused group discussion and action plan to make Lazada Vietnam as a great place to work
5. Collaborate with HODs, HRBPs and EB to design and nurture young talents across the organization including internship, FOYO, and any forms of early career programs
6. Collaborate with HODs, HRBPs and OCs to assess Lazada values for each employee and come up with an education & communications plan to promote these values within the organization
7. Keeping abreast of the latest trends and innovations in Learning & Development and in the e-Commerce industry
8. Be in charge of the Onboarding process for new hires
9. Support Line Manager for other L&OD projects at local level and regional level.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in related fields
2. Minimum of 6 years experience in Organization Learning and Development
3. Open to new ideas, innovative and passionate about people development
4. Experience designing performance management and talent management frameworks, tools, and training
5. Strong problem-solving & planning skills: the ability to translate organizational and individual needs into specific solutions with a proper plan
6. Strong communications & influencing skills: the ability to work through organizational complexity and ambiguity and work with leaders and stakeholders at multiple levels throughout the organization
7. Fluency in Vietnamese (native) and in English
