About the Role:
As a Senior Manager/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering the firm towards achieving its strategic objectives. Your focus will be on securing new projects, managing client relations from the bidding phase through to project implementation, and leading internal project teams. Your contribution will be crucial in reinforcing their presence in the management consultancy sector while maintaining an involvement in M&A advisory.
Responsibilities:
New Business Development: Identify and secure new consulting projects, engaging with potential partners, stakeholders, and clients to expand our project portfolio.
Client Management: Serve as the primary liaison with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Project Leadership: Manage and oversee project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of consulting services. Act as a mentor to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Strategic Implementation: Work closely with clients to implement recommendations, facilitating change and driving project success.
Requirements:
Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, etc.) from a top-tier institution with a focus on Business, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, preferably with a background in the MBB firms, demonstrating a strong track record in business development and project management.
Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market with exceptional business acumen.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Highly analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
