Job Description
1. Execute the Standard Operating Procedures – Thực thi các Quy trình Hoạt động Chuẩn (SOP)
Execute SOP by provide training/coaching/observing/following-up the agency Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at the assigned sales offices, focusing on new agents and new managers’ development, including:

2. Deploy Digital Transformation: Triển khai chuyển đổi kỹ thuật số
Execute the series of change management activities for digital transformation i.e GENIE and other new development tools.

3.SM development – Phát triển Giám ốc Kinh Doanh
Coach and evaluate SM’s performance on SOP-BAM execution based on assigned locations.

Participate to Sales Manager Development Program (SMPD).

4. Risk management/ Quản lý rủi ro
Engage with compliance activities to prevent and mitigate business risk

Handle day-to-day arisen problems in the department.
