Certified Training
- Plan, administrate, facilitate certified training programs
- Manage and maintain training matrix and training record system to ensure compliance on all mandatory training program in place
- Induction: Manage induction programs to enable new employees to become familiar with DHL's business, policy and culture.
- Coordinate training needs and develop yearly training plan
- Monitor L&D budget and do forecasting
- Manage the pool of facilitators and monitor their facilitation quality and contribution
- In partnership with HRBP to manage attendance, assessment, feedback
Talent Management
- Plan, administrate, deliver and monitor talent panels (LEADS) and succession
- Foster and cultivate continued development for Hi-Potentials, Rising Stars, Supervisory Academy current/past participants and Graduates
- In cooperation with Talent Acquisition, develops and monitors G1000 (Management Trainee) program
Ad-hoc tasks/projects
- As discussed and assigned by Manager depending on the business requirements and the career aspiration
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
5 years experience in Training and Talent Management or Learning & Development in multinational companies

- Project management and change management skills
- Ability to proactively influence and convince at different levels in a multicultural organization
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
