Certified Training

  • Plan, administrate, facilitate certified training programs
  • Manage and maintain training matrix and training record system to ensure compliance on all mandatory training program in place
  • Induction: Manage induction programs to enable new employees to become familiar with DHL's business, policy and culture.
  • Coordinate training needs and develop yearly training plan
  • Monitor L&D budget and do forecasting
  • Manage the pool of facilitators and monitor their facilitation quality and contribution
  • In partnership with HRBP to manage attendance, assessment, feedback

Talent Management
  • Plan, administrate, deliver and monitor talent panels (LEADS) and succession
  • Foster and cultivate continued development for Hi-Potentials, Rising Stars, Supervisory Academy current/past participants and Graduates
  • In cooperation with Talent Acquisition, develops and monitors G1000 (Management Trainee) program

Ad-hoc tasks/projects
  • As discussed and assigned by Manager depending on the business requirements and the career aspiration
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
5 years experience in Training and Talent Management or Learning & Development in multinational companies
Key capabilities
  • Presentation skills (excellent)
  • Facilitation and training skills (excellent)
  • Project management and change management skills
  • Ability to proactively influence and convince at different levels in a multicultural organization
  • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Attention to detail
  • Strategic & Analytical thinking
  • English fluency
