Job Description
Navigate and refine our data collection processes, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
Craft and oversee analytical roadmaps that align with business objectives.
Transform raw data into lucid reports, dashboards, and visual representations.
Forge strong alliances with Engineering, Product, and Executive teams to deliver insights that influence pivotal decisions.
Pioneer advanced modeling techniques and predictive analytics to forecast trends and behaviors.

Spearhead the development of a culture that prioritizes data literacy and empowers decision-makers with crystal-clear insights.
Maintain vigilance over data security, privacy laws, and ethical considerations in all analytical practices.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably within a data analytics team.
Record of successful deployment of models, dashboards, and data governance structures.
Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.) is an asset.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and analytical techniques.
Mastery of analytical platforms and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI).
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other scripting languages crucial for data wrangling and analysis.
Adept at statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and deriving insights from complex datasets.
Strong grasp of machine learning algorithms and their application within a business context.
Excellent communication skills, translating complex data concepts into understandable, actionable recommendations.
Proven proficiency in working with big data technologies and distributed computing principles.
