Work you'll do
Talent Acquisition :
  • Maintain and develop the firm talent pool for both experienced hires and campus hires:

- Proactively source candidates from channels for all hiring requests from functions;
- Perform job advertisement & support talent attraction activities to assigned hiring requests;
- Arrange interview schedules for Hiring Managers as requested;
- Follow up and communicate with candidates to fulfil the hiring process;
  • Support to plan; coordinate to prepare content, deliver logistics preparation and organize employer branding related events (Career Fairs, office tours, Career Talk …) following the approved agenda/flow.
  • Maintain & develop candidate sources on Application Tracking System, ensure ATS procedure is fully delivered and perform necessary report/analysis on candidate data.

Mass Recruitment Programs
  • Manage deliverables of the Firm's mass recruitment programs by delivering employer branding & partnership related activities, manage candidate database, coordinate logistics preparation & partner with relating Departments to ensure project timeline, procedure & hiring targets are met.
  • Support other HR projects D-Hours, Deloitte Cinema Day,... & initiatives.
  • Other tasks assigned by HR Director.

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related majors
  • At least three years of experience in HR, focusing on in-house recruitment/headhunting service
  • Good communication skill in both English and Vietnamese language
  • Strong inter-personal skill and multitasking skill
  • Detailed orientation, well organizational skill and fast learning ability
