We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Senior HR Officer
AIM OF THE JOB:
Provide the HR Services in: Recruitment, Employee experience, Labor contract management and employee's life cycle, to ensure that the organization's HR system is processed accurately and on time.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Recruitment activities (60%)
  • Coordinate with HRBP Managers to identify the staffing need
  • Source potential candidates through online social platforms and professional networks
  • Plan interviews, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our applicant system
  • Contact/follow-up candidates and update candidates status on our HR System

Human Resource information system - Workday (30%)
  • Maintain all employee s life cycle with accuracy and on-time.
  • Collect the personal profile of new employees and file them properly
  • Update organization change

Administrative: (10%)
  • Arrange for employee's on boarding completely and smoothly

Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Business related.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in HR internal/ recruitment agency
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal in English.
  • Positive disposition and good interpersonal skills
