Job Description
Backend:
Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs using Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., NestJS)
Implement robust and efficient database solutions (relational and non-relational)
Optimize backend performance and scalability to handle high traffic volumes
Implement caching strategies for improved performance
Utilize design patterns and clean code principles to deliver maintainable and scalable code
Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues efficiently
Frontend:
Develop user interfaces using React and related libraries (e.g., Tailwind CSS)
Manage state effectively utilizing React hooks and context API
Implement efficient data fetching and manipulation techniques
Optimize frontend performance for a smooth user experience
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility
Collaborate with designers to translate design mockups into functional components
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer
Strong understanding of both backend and frontend technologies (mentioned above)
Proficient in object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns
Experience with deployment tools and processes (e.g., Docker)
Experience with testing frameworks and unit testing best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Bonus Points:
Experience with additional frameworks/libraries (e.g., RxJS, TypeScript)
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Passion for building innovative and user-friendly web applications
