Senior Finance Analyst, FP&A - Regional Logistics

Job Description:

• Drive financial planning and analysis processes for accurate, efficient, and effective reporting and analysis
• Generate actionable financial insights to support decision-making and business performance
• Continuously optimize financial processes and systems with best practices and emerging technologies
• Lead special projects to drive business outcomes and improve financial performance
• Collaborate with senior management to shape the finance agenda and enable growth and profitability
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, aligning financial expertise and insights with organisational goals

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accountancy.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience in FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and proactive in finding better ways to get things done.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
