Job Description



I. Job description:
- Review quotation from Marketing (MKT)/Underwriting and seek reinsurance supports of policy when capacity required and ensure all reinsures have approved security Ensure all policies are properly reinsured/retained
- Do facultative outward placement-follow up
-Do facultative inward acceptance-follow up
- Refer to Treaty Leader to get special approval for the risk.
- Negotiation and placement facultative reinsurance with reinsurers
- Support Managers to maintain and develop prudent RI Inward business to achieve the assigned budget
-Handle RI accounting reports process Claim Recovery, coordinate and follow up with Accounting Division to make payment/offset timely.
- Prepare RI frequent reports, renewal reports.
- Support Managers in working with Reinsurers/Brokers on RI renewal.
- Coach and supervise subordinates on RI processing.
- Review manual guideline as assigned by line manager.
-Involve in enhancements to improve daily tasks.
-Do basic RI training to related Divisions as well as support Managers to provide update RI scheme annually or any ad-hoc request (if needed).
- Other office works as assigned by line managements or the company.

II. Requirements:
- University graduation
- English fluency
- Professional insurance qualification (preferred).
- Skill :Adequate knowledge of insurance, products, insurance contracts, clauses. Effective interpersonal skills need to create and expand partnerships with internal and external customers as well as to influence the way business partners think, feel, or behave. Have good knowledge about type and method of reinsurance, priority for experience of RI Facultative placement experience and/or Treaty handling. Careful and detail-oriented Advance in Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- At least 3 years of progressively more responsible property/casualty nderwriting is preferred.
-At least 3 years on RI or related job is preferred.
