JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsibilities:
. Oversee and plan for the maintenance management of Production lines, Warehouses, Offices and other Site ancillaries - Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance.
. Provides guidance for establishing Good Engineering Practices across the site.
. Leads Engineering-related site projects.
. Conducts Engineering-related training for site personnel.
. Ensure adequate control and management of utility systems: HVAC, water system, air compressor system, power generator.
. Manage & follow up workload and report to senior management.
2. Detailed Job Descriptions are:
MANAGEMENT:
. Oversee people of Engineering supporting for equipment, utilities and facilities maintenance, reparation, inspection & calibration.
. Evaluate the current workforce, forecast future workforce & build up assessors/backup.
. Build up a standard evaluation of job, performance & capabilities for employees.
. Propose utilities, facilities, process and equipment modifications to support cycle time reduction, cost optimization and promote personnel safety.
FUNCTION:
. Oversee the operations of utility system, electrical system, ventilation system, pure water system, waste water treatment system, air compressor system, blower
. Review and approve preventive & maintenance plan & follow up the equipment status, utility system, fire prevention system.
. Review and approve plan of inspection, calibration for machines, equipment & utility system.
. Review and approve assignment for employees in team according to preventive & maintenance plan.
. Ensure satisfactory solution for all the machines issues both on equipment & utility.
Review and approve innovations and technical improvement.
. Oversees installation of new technology.
. Review technical feasibility of equipment, facilities, third party service providers and other Engineering-related activities.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
. Cooperate to other functions for training employees on equipment's/machines & utility system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Work Experience:
. Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
Core Skill Requirements:
. Physical and health: Enough to meet the job requirements.
. Personal Characteristics: Matured, confident, assertive, responsible, capable of working independently under high intensity and pressure, working with a high sense of responsibility.
. Have been trained in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP-WHO), occupational safety for managers
. Management and Administration.
. Responsible and enthusiastic at work.
Computer Skills:
. Proficient in office computers: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and other Engineering software.
Languages Skills:
. Proficiency in English.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
