MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
To defines the scope of activities, responsibilities and job duties of the Sale Force of 3A Nutrition Company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Planning & developing sales activities in the assigned area.
  • Managing and supervising group leaders (Sales Sup) to achieve target assigned by the Sales Department.
  • Upgrade, maintain outlets.
  • AR checking.
  • Update competitors activities.
  • AR and ROI analysis for DA.
  • Managing & training Sales Team, support the team in assigned area.
  • Handling issues relating to Sales Operation in the area within the given authority.
  • Accept and implement extra assignment related to the common goal of the Company.

  • Qun l & hun luyn i ng nhn s ca b phn kinh doanh, h tr kinh doanh thuc khu vc ph trch.
  • X l cc vn lin quan ti hot ng kinh doanh ti khu vc c giao theo thm quyn quy nh.
  • Thc hin cc nhim v c giao khc c lin quan n mc tiu chung ca Cng ty.
  • The Unit Sales Manager primary function is to Planning Action Review and timely complete the task.

QUALIFICATIONS
College Degree/Bachelor Degree: Ecocomy/Business is preferable
Tt nghip cao ng/i hc: u tin ngnh kinh t hoc kinh doanh

Technical Experience: Able to handle operation jobs achieve target through management skills such as territory management, route management, communication, negotiation, team work, customer service.
