We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Senior CFU Executive
AIM OF THE JOB:
Attend to customers feedback relating to defects and handover quality issues in completed properties, ensuring the timely, proper and effective resolutions of these feedback as part of service recovery.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Carry out internal quality control checks on completed properties to ensure end products are acceptable, fit and ready for handing over to purchasers.
2. Hand over of completed properties to purchasers and follow up on rectification of defects where reported by purchasers, to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of defects rectification.
3. Monitor all defects rectification work and prepare statistical information/report for submission to the Deputy Director.
4. Provide first-line communication link between purchasers and the Company.
5. Deal promptly and fully by telephone and in writing all queries and/or complaints from purchasers and keeping the Deputy Director posted as appropriate.
6. Assist with the monitoring of the standard of property management services provided by the Managing Agent of the estate.
7. Oversee the Managing Agent in coordinating common area defects rectification works, or to take on such coordination as required/directed to ensure timely and satisfactory rectification of defects.
8. Collate and provide inputs to the Deputy Director based on observations, feedback and market intelligence gathered from customers and competitors. 9. Provide general administrative support to the Deputy Director, as required. 10. Undertake such other duties of a similar nature which fall within the scope of the post and which may be required from time to time.JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Building Construction, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
2. 3 to 5 years's of experience in a similar capacity. Those with relevant working experience with property developers will have added advantage.
