Job Description

Key responsibilities:
. Be in charge of implementation full spectrum of assigned compensations and benefits
. Consolidate reports from different offices in Asia
. Make sure all assigned HR reports are done on time and correctly
. Updating information of Departments in charge on timesheet
. Proposing compensations & benefits scheme to employees and internal regulations & policies inline with current labor laws
. Creating decision for employee nomination, transferring or promotion and human resourcesannouncement
. Preparing work permit/visa, documents for expat employee
. Calculating salary of all employees
. Making SI, UI, HI, PIT report.

Key requirements:
. At least 5 years of experience as a C&B Staff/Supervisor
. Fluent English speaking
. Bachelor's Degree
. Good Microsoft Excel skills
. Honest, careful & meticulous, time management
. Open mind, dynamic, proactive in approach issues and propose solutions
. Familiar/Interested in start-up environment
