As a Key Account Manager, your primary role is key account management, which includes assessing, clarifying and validating customers needs regularly. You will bring your specialization and insights to help Grab and our partners to establish revenue goals and business plans. While driving the team forward, this is an excellent opportunity for you to uncover your untapped potential and be inspired by some of the most amazing minds in the industry. The Day-to-Day Activities:

  • You know how to develop strong and long-lasting relationships with our top regional customers and top brands through long term planning, handling objections, asking the right questions and understanding their pain points while resolving them

  • You will build and maintain healthy cross-functional relationships into the broader customer organization for smoother alignment and future opportunities

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop solutions that best address consumer needs while simultaneously meeting performance objectives

  • You will own a top account portfolio and leverage customer, industry and data-backed insights to successfully upsell and cross-sell our platform products to achieve revenue goals and outserve our customers

The Must-Haves:

  • You have Heart, Humility, Hunger, Honour

  • You have a minimum of 5 years experience with critical account management experience within a fast-paced and highly competitive B2B/media/enterprise or corporate environment

  • You are willing to listen, understand and establish a solid understanding of Grab's business solutions to serve your customers better

  • You have a proven and successful track record in establishing strong client relationship and exceeding sales target

  • You have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to network with customers and the overall Grab business effectively.

  • You have a coachable attitude and can pick up processes, products and stakeholders well

  • You are a strong and effective communicator who can articulate your point of view clearly and succinctly

  • You can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment and have a deep desire to excel and develop a career in business sales & account management.

  • You are proficient in customer experience tools (CRM tools, reporting dashboards) and is comfortable with data analysis with Excel/Sheets
