Senior Associate / Associate, Recruitment (SPX)

Job Description:

• Lead the planning and manage recruitment plan.
• Ensure that agreed processes, standards, timeframes, and quality requirements are adhered to.
• Develop and implement the recruitment process to make sure all necessary positions are filled on a regular basis, on time, and with the best possible applicants.
• Identify and manage improvements within your own area. This covers the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes for applicants.
• Tracking a recruiting database, and analyzing and summarizing the statistics on recruitment to determine the effectiveness of the sources.
• Creating a recruiting inventory will allow you to save candidate profiles and job status for further use.
• Comply with regulatory requirements. Lead small teams.

• At least 10 years experience working in the recruitment function
• Ability to lead teams
• Previous team leadership experience is required.
• Multi-tasked, and able to work well under pressure.
• Highly developed user of Excel, PowerPoint
• Good at internal and external communication
• Ability to set and achieve performance targets
