This role is responsible for Agency project management, quality assurance system and ensure operating process run smoothly.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A bachelors degree majoring in Finance, Business management

  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience in life insurance company, preferably in Agency force

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and system.

Nice to Haves:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills including fluency in English writing.

  • Dynamic, self-starter, independent and resourceful.

  • Project management.

  • Familiar in life insurance and alternate distributions.

On the job you will:

  • Assigning, scheduling, training, reviewing and monitoring project work to ensure the progress is within expected guidelines and completed on time and within budget.

  • Working with related parties to develop project scope of work documents and project plans that include an analysis of benefit, cost, work schedule and any related risks.

  • Analyzing users’ stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility

  • Collaborate closely with other team members and departments

  • Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)

  • Be the delivery team together with Project Owner and Project Manager to deliver the tool to a huge group of agents.

  • Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
