Job Description
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Manage Agency Management System (AMS): maintain the existing records/data/structures, create new ones and manage agent movements in the AMS.
  • Develop systems to process admin transactions: auto register new agents, auto license existing agents, agent movements, agent benefits, termination, demotion, promotion,…etc..
  • Manage and review user access rights, those being granted to users in the department and other ones, to AMS system and shared folders.
  • Control agent’s personal information and sales data before providing internally and externally.
  • Be reviewer contests/conferences memorandum before Sales channels launch the memo to sales force
  • Arrange checkers to do reconciliation tracking/final results of all contests/conferences of sales channels.
  • Ensure tasks relating to admin tasks, reports, data and system are processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with external and , and procedures…etc…
  • Liaise with auditors including internal, external, regional audit teams.
  • Prepare periodical reports.
  • Resolve issues and answer functional-related questions.
  • Review and recommend improvements on current policies and procedures.
  • Oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessment and advise on ways to minimize risk
  • Advise on problems and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain Internal control & double check role in place and frequency.
  • Review and recommend improvements on payroll policies and procedures.
  • Build a high performing team
  • Other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:
  • University degree (Math, Economy, Accounting, Administration…)
  • At least 3-5 years working in business analysis
  • At least 2 years working Insurance Industry
  • Accuracy, carefulness, trustworthy
  • Proactive, well-organized, attentive to details and driven
