Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand new customers
- Market study to understand company position and competitors.
- Willing to take on various tasks to meet customer satisfaction and provide the best solution.
- Willing to take on tasks essential for meeting sales targets.
- Responsible for preparation of sales quotation, PO, and related documents based on customer's requirements.
- To follow up closely on AR to avoid overdue and bad debts.
- To fulfill prompt and on-time submission for reports required by management.
- Established and maintained good relationships with valued customers.
- To facilitate with other departments in resolving customer complaints and operational issues to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Any other task /responsibilities assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience in manufacturing/ industry or
- Effective multi-tasking abilities.
- Smart, hard-working. Can-do attitude.
- Can use Microsoft Office, computer and have internet skills.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Fluent in English.
