  • Design, develop and manage seller growth initiatives to ensure team achieves target KPIs
  • Work cross-functional (i.e., cluster, marketing, and BI) to drive initiatives and collect feedback on how to further improve the program
  • Lead and provide guidance to junior team members (2-3 people) to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze the performance of initiatives and the industry landscape to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Be able to present to top management and C-suite at meetings

  • Minimum of 5-6 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in consulting e-commerce or analytics
  • Able to navigate through organization and work well cross-functionally
  • An analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving comfortable with numbers and conducting analyses
  • Experience building quantitative models with the ability to handle large datasets
  • Comfortable with ambiguity able to put in processes and structure to drive effective execution
  • Advanced usage of MS Excel coding and/or SQL skills a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong interest in the e-commerce industry
