As our Digital Enablement Solutions (DES) division continues to expand, we're in search of a highly motivated Scrum Master/Project Manager to join our team in Hanoi. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects, fostering collaboration within our teams, and upholding quality standards.
Responsibilities
Direct Collaboration and Project Management:
Assist in facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with the Scrum Master and team members to ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
Work directly with stakeholders to clarify requirements, project planning, and management of project timelines.
Manage project activities for multiple projects and requirements across all management phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
Ensure adherence to software development standards. Identify and resolve risks, issues, and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project.
Project Progress and Team Leadership:
Ensure project deadlines are met to deliver the best service quality on time.
Lead and motivate the development team, monitor and evaluate team members, provide constructive and professional feedback, support and advise.
Train the project team on design methods and principles, apply standards to manage issues and risks, as well as product backlog management and innovation.
Requirements
Technical background.
Solid understanding of Scrum methodologies, processes, and practices.
Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, and strong management skills.
Proficient in project deployment, management: budgeting (estimation), planning, monitoring and controlling, quality management, and communication.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Good communication skills and no hesitation to communicate.
Ability to lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team.
