Main duties

• Provide daily support and maintenance for SAP systems under AMS projects
• Analyze business requirements and propose appropriate SAP solutions
• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management activities
• Perform system configuration and functional enhancements based on business needs
• Support issue investigation, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with technical teams for developments, testing, and deployments
• Prepare functional specifications and related project documentation
• Conduct SIT/UAT support and user training when required
• Ensure SLA compliance and provide timely support to end users
• Collaborate with offshore/onsite stakeholders and project members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience as SAP Functional Consultant in modules such as SD/MM/FI/CO/PP/QM/WM, etc.
• Experience in AMS/Application Support projects
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and system configuration
• Experience in incident management, change requests, and enhancement support
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High fluency of English
