Build & Provide Sales training programs to improve sales capabilities of the frontline & extended team in Traditional Trade Channel to support business results.
Job Responsibilities
Training Need Analysis
Be responsible for conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA)
Based on business directions, market insights, people insights and TNA methods to propose TNA results and training roadmap
Training design and development
Propose training content/ materials and curriculum for frontline & extended team based on TNA results
Work with LM to build annual training plan on details for respective regions
Training delivery
Be responsible for Sales Induction and On-boarding program at respective locations
Be responsible for the implementation/ roll-out of any training courses/ workshops/ programs as per the approved training calendar in nation-wide
Act as Trainer/ Facilitator for workshop/ courses as required whenever possible
Measurement
Propose effective tools and process to evaluate the training impact to performance improvement
Constantly get feedback from the sales team to improve the quality of training courses/ materials/ approaches... and initiate ideas for improvement
Work with Sales Leadership & Field GTM to reinforce learner and line manager to bring what they learnt into action
Training culture & Sales Award event:
Work with LM to build and develop learning culture through initiatives
Support LM and Sales Team to organize key sales events (Elite Champion, Sales AOP Cascading,...)
Training system & Others:
Develop training systems/tools as anabler for Sales capability development for all level of Sales employees (include extended Sales Force) and well monitor to ensure smooth operation
Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Your Team
Skills And Experience
Bachelor's degree in any disciplines, major in Economics/ Commerce/ Marketing are preferred
At least 3-year experience in sales (Tradition Trade), preferably in FMCG
Has training experience is a plus
Good communication, presentation, coaching and training skills.
Competent English
Good command of computer skill
Willingness to go on field with sales team/visit distributor
