Job description :
- Responsible for training/ coaching Sales Representatives

- Representative in sales and routing process.

- Responsible to work closely with distributor and manage Sales Representative.

- In charge to update Routing in assigned area.

- Responsible for performing disciplinary/ assessment actions to Sales Representatives

- In charge to prepare People Plan for Sales Representative.

- Timely submission of reports to Regional Sales Manager.
Job requirement:
- Sales experience in FMCG/ Food company
- 3 years experience in a similar postion
- Good communication skills.

- Understanding of direct sales system/ procedure in FMCG industry.

- Good computer skill (Word, Excel and Power Point) is preferred.

- Being a dynamic and hard-working person.
