About the Role

As a Sales Representative at WALA ICT, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for the monday.com platform within our target market. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for the monday.com platform within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and position monday.com as the solution of choice.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and programs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the monday.com platform.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the Technology or SaaS industry.
  • Experience with monday.com an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and platforms is a huge advantage. (e.g., Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot).
