esponsibilities
Supports operations initiatives such as opportunity management, resource planning, management tracking and forecasting, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction programme, time sheet process or other operations systems and infrastructure projects.
Proactively develops knowledge of business and function.
Assists local functions by tracking, providing frequent reports, reporting progress and highlighting potential issues as opportunities.
Documents and coordinates processes and systems rollouts ensuring appropriate follow up on actions leading to the seamless executive of plans.
Manage office operations, vendors for office facilities and amenities, and admin tasks.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar function.
Good PC applications (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.
Good focus on process and detail good interpersonal and communication skills.
