Job Overview And Responsibility
Develop business plans for product groups
Make periodic business plans for branch clusters, allocate targets, coordinate sales department resources within branch clusters to implement business goals.
Monitor and promote business activities of branch clusters.
Coordinate with Marketing to implement business development strategies
Coordinate with HR to build and develop the sales team.
Summarize and report to evaluate the business results of the cluster
Required Skills And Experiences
Minimum 2 years of experience with excellent performance in management
Skills in planning, organizing, arranging and implementing detailed business activities
Leadership and organizational development skills
Excellent writing and communication skills
Understand personalized education and desire to develop a personalized education system in the field of English training
