Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

. Ensure all sales business goals are reached, includes building sales
operation process, sales strategy to meet the business goals, guiding
and monitoring the overall workflow of the Sales team and is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Sales Office Vietnam
(SOVN) Sales team in collaboration with other functional
. Directing sales strategy towards the profitable growth and sustainable
sales operation.
. Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the long-term
objectives and priorities established by the
. Formulating and successfully implementing sales operation process
for SOVN, includes sales, logistics, solutions and services collaboration
. Putting in place adequate operational planning and financial control
. Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans
and budgets.
. Representing the company to major customers and professional
. Building and maintaining an effective execution team
. Executing other business-related tasks assigned by Head of Sales /
Head of Asia Pacific Support Center

Qualification and Profile
. Degree in Engineering and/or Degree in Business Management
. 8+ years of experience in managing a sales team
. 5+ years of experience in Strategic and Decision Making
. 5+ years of experience specifically in an engineering
. Knowledge of SFDC, SAP or another ERP systems
. Good interpersonal skills
. Employee development and leadership skills
. Strong ethical and moral acumen
. Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and highlight
business risks
. Knowledge of Industrial Processes and Instrumentation Business
. Ability to structure accurate and timeous financial information in
a dynamic business environment
. Understanding and interpretation of legal contracts
. Strong customer focus
. Knowledge of business processes
. Organizational ability and problem-solving skills
. Knowledge with a reporting system such as SFDC
. Knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management System
. Proficiency in Vietnamese and English
