Job accountability and responsibility of COACH
Sales Support Management
Drive TCB Bancassurance productivity KPI: TIS: closing ratio, case PRM: # of qualified referral RBO: # of insurance protection conversation, closing % Work with Branch Managers/Function Managers for target alignments, monthly/weekly Action Plans of Sales Activities and focus to drive production. Review pipelines, provide sales consultation, and motivate Bankers to achieve Banca targets and key success factors (will be listed detailed) Join field work with bankers aiming at both improving sales skills for banker and accelerating production with significant cases. (Conduct minimum 08 JFW/month with bankers) Support sales activities in branches (Group presentations, customer consultant for VIP in branches) Business Operation and Customers Services
