Job accountability and responsibility of COACH
Sales Support Management
Drive TCB Bancassurance productivity KPI: TIS: closing ratio, case PRM: # of qualified referral RBO: # of insurance protection conversation, closing % Work with Branch Managers/Function Managers for target alignments, monthly/weekly Action Plans of Sales Activities and focus to drive production. Review pipelines, provide sales consultation, and motivate Bankers to achieve Banca targets and key success factors (will be listed detailed) Join field work with bankers aiming at both improving sales skills for banker and accelerating production with significant cases. (Conduct minimum 08 JFW/month with bankers) Support sales activities in branches (Group presentations, customer consultant for VIP in branches) Business Operation and Customers Services

  • To assist bankers in clear pending business
  • To assist bankers in not-taken, cancellation issue from customers
  • To support bankers in claim cases
  • To support bankers in policy services, claim handles ect

Training & Coaching
On-job training of insurance sales for all bankers in term of products, skills and operation. Conducts enhanced/refresher workshops of products, skills and MVL sales procedures for all branches (each coach need to conduct apx. Min 4 workshops/month). Conduct coaching sections with prioritized TIS and RBO/SRBO on Banca products and sales to improve performance by accessing and grouping by competence levels. Support TIS/ RBO to for weekly goal setting and activities planning
Business Planning & Strategy Execution:
Implement the launches of business strategies and initiatives to TCB sales force: Digital tool strategies, ePolicies, new product launches, new set of Riders Update and communicate for bankers new contests, campaigns (if any) from TCB HO Update regular tracking performance report for CSA (daily hot sales, weekly /bio-weekly). Monthly review on quality report (active ratio, case/per active, case )
Job Skills of Coach:
- Education: College/ University Degree, majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking, etc.
- Experience: at least 2 years of sales management experience in insurance or banking businesses.
Have a good bancassurance background is preferable
- Competencies:
  • Dynamic personality with good ability to interact with different people and levels
  • Systematic and structured to understand systems and processes
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work hard and can work under minimum supervision
