Role & Responsibilities
1. Sales
a. Proactively seek out sales leads
b. Maintain and develop customer relationships. Ensure contact points at multiple levels and across functions
c. Business development.
i. Support high growth with existing customers
ii. Find and develop new customers
d. Customer Service & Support
i. Customer communication and problem solving
ii. Customer order processing
2. Strategy and Management
a. Assist with sales planning and forecasts
b. Assist with new product development
c. Assist with marketing Requirements
1. Fluent in Vietnamese and working knowledge of English
2. Experience in sales to modern retail in food and beverages
3. Passionate about food safety, organic foods, health and wellbeing
4. Willingness and openness to work in a small and dynamic team
5. Full time position, Monday - Friday
